Redox Art Refund Policy
At Redox Art, we believe in delivering truly unique, one-of-a-kind creations just for you. Because of this, we don’t offer cancellations. After all, every product we make is crafted exclusively for your order—customised just for you. Once we’ve started working on your masterpiece, it’s a little too late for a change of heart. But trust us, you’ll love it.
Cancellation & Changes to Orders
We can’t offer cancellations once an order is confirmed, because, well—every product is bespoke and made just for you. Think of it like ordering a personalized work of art. However, if you need to make any changes, please let us know within 12 hours of confirmation. Sorry, express delivery orders are an exception to this, as they’re zipping through faster than a coffee-fuelled squirrel.
Perishable Items
We don’t accept cancellations for perishable items like flowers, eatables, or anything that doesn’t have a long shelf life. But, if something goes awry with the quality of your delivery, we’ll make it right. Just let us know, and we’ll arrange a replacement if we can verify that the quality was below expectations. (we’ve got your back!).
Damaged or Defective Items
Did something arrive damaged? That’s not the Redox Art experience we aim for. If you spot any defects, please get in touch with our Customer Service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We’ll need to review the issue on our end, but once we’ve verified it, we’ll happily replace it. Just remember, we do require video proof of the sealed packaging being opened (yes, we’re that thorough). If everything checks out, expect a replacement within 7 days of your inquiry.
Products Not as Expected
If you’ve received something that doesn’t quite match what you expected, or what you saw on our website, don’t panic. Let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order. Our Customer Service team will review the situation and make sure we’re living up to our Redox Art standards. We're here to make sure you're smiling.
Warranty Items
For products that come with a manufacturer's warranty, you’ll need to reach out to the manufacturer directly. But don’t worry, we’ll help point you in the right direction if you need it.
Replacement Only, No Refunds
Just a gentle reminder—we don’t do refunds here at Redox Art. But don’t worry, if there’s an issue with your product (damage, defects, or general disappointment), we’ll replace it with something equally awesome. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re here to make sure you love your purchase.
