1. Domestic Shipping (India)

We’ve split our domestic shipping into two simple buckets: our home turf (West Bengal) and the rest of our beautiful country.

  • Orders above ₹500: Free Shipping! Go ahead, treat yourself.

  • Orders below ₹500: ₹50 standard delivery fee. (We’re not trying to break the bank here, just covering costs).

  • Need it in a rush? ₹100 for Urgent Shipment (applies to all order values).

🇮🇳 Rest of India (All states except West Bengal)

  • Orders above ₹500: Free Shipping! (You're welcome).

  • Orders below ₹500: ₹85 standard delivery fee.

  • Need it in a rush? ₹100 for Urgent Shipment (applies to all order values).

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Usually 4–7 business days across India. Not bad, right?

2. Going Global: International Shipping

Yes, we are officially expanding our borders! We currently ship directly to our favorite high-value hubs:

  • 🇸🇬 Singapore

  • 🇦🇪 United Arab Emirates (Dubai & all emirates)

  • 🇲🇾 Malaysia

📦 The International Deal:

  • Shipping Cost: FREE on all international orders. No hidden fees, just pure art landing at your doorstep.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7–14 business days. We move fast, but sometimes customs likes to take a long coffee break.

⚠️ Crucial Legal Stuff for Our Global Friends:

  • Currency Match-Up: All our prices are displayed and charged in INR (Indian Rupees). Your bank or card provider will magically convert this to your local currency at their prevailing exchange rate when you check out.

  • Customs & Taxes: If your country’s customs department decides to levy any import duties or taxes, those are your responsibility. We design the art; we don’t run the border patrol!

  • Customs Delays: While we promise to ship your package promptly, Redox Art is not responsible for delays caused by local customs processing.

3. Local Pickup / Local Delivery

Living close to us? Lucky you! Local pickup or delivery is available for select products within a 25km radius of our location. If your items and location qualify, you’ll see this option pop up automatically at checkout.

4. Personalized & Custom Orders

We’re perfectionists (obviously). Because your custom gifts are handmade to order, please allow 3–5 additional business days for production before dispatch. Good things take time, and your masterpiece will be worth the brief wait. Note: Your shipping timeline begins after production is complete.

5. Cancellations & Returns

  • Custom Products: Because personalized items are uniquely yours, they cannot be returned or exchanged. (We can't really resell a painting with your anniversary date on it, can we?)

  • Damaged Goods? Our products are fragile like hearts—treat them kindly! But if the courier company played football with your box and it arrives damaged, don't panic. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will get you sorted.
