Where We Ship


We ship globally (yes, even to the farthest corners of the earth) and especially in India. If you're wondering whether we ship to your doorstep, the answer is: Absolutely, unless you're on Mars. In that case, we'll talk.

Processing Time


We’re perfectionists (obviously). So, we need 5 business days to make your custom gift look just the way it should. In a rush? Well, we can make it happen in 3 business days, but hey, good things take time, right?

Shipping Time


Once we’ve created your masterpiece, it’s time for it to head your way!

  • In India: We use DTDC Priority Deliveries, and your order will usually arrive in 2-3 business days. Not bad, right?
  • International Shipping: We’ll make sure to send it to wherever you are, but we suggest you contact us for shipping rates because global delivery rates can be a little tricky and are different depending on where you are. We’ve got your back — just reach out!

Shipping Costs


Because we’re not into hidden fees (unless it’s a hidden treasure), here’s the deal:

  • Free shipping on orders over ₹654. Go ahead, treat yourself.
  • For certain local products, a Rs. 30 shipping fee applies. We’re not trying to break the bank here, just covering costs.
  • International shipping rates? Yep, you guessed it: they vary. So, just contact us for details.
  • Custom Date Deliveries: Need that gift on a specific day? We offer custom date deliveries for an additional Rs. 60. We’ll make it happen on your schedule.

Tracking Information


Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking ID via WhatsApp. Don’t worry, we’re not ghosting you. You’ll know exactly where your gift is and when it’s on its way to you.

Shipping Partners


We don’t have a fancy list of partners (because we like to keep things casual), but we generally use India Postal Services or DTDC. They’re reliable, so you can relax.

Damaged Goods?


Our products are fragile like hearts — treat them kindly! But in case something goes wrong (because sometimes life happens), please read our refund policy for what to do if your item arrives damaged. We’ve got you covered.
