REDOX ART: TERMS OF SERVICE

OVERVIEW: WELCOME TO OUR CREATIVE UNIVERSE Welcome to Redox Art—where creativity meets craftsmanship, and you, our wonderful customer, are at the heart of everything we do. When we say “we,” “our,” or “us,” we mean Redox Art (powered by our friends at Shopify). When we say “you,” we mean you—our cherished customer.

By visiting our site, shopping with us, or just browsing our colorful offerings, you’re entering a friendly agreement with us. These Terms help keep things clear and smooth. If you don’t agree, that’s totally okay—just keep being awesome somewhere else!

1. WHO CAN JOIN THE FUN? (ACCESS & ACCOUNT)

We love creativity, but we have a couple of simple ground rules:

  • Age Check: You need to be of legal age in your neck of the woods to shop here. If you’re a minor, please make sure you have a parent or guardian’s permission before exploring.

  • Your Account: When you create an account or give us your email/billing info, we trust you’re giving us the real deal—accurate and complete. You’re the captain of your account, so keep your login info safe!

  • Personal Use: Our art is for you (and your lucky gift recipients). By shopping here, you agree these goodies are for personal use and not for commercial resale.

2. OUR PRODUCTS: THE ART & THE SOUL

We put a lot of love into showing you our creations in the best light.

  • Colors & Screens: Sometimes your screen might display colors a little differently than they appear in real life. We do our best, but please keep in mind that tech settings vary!

  • Changes & Exclusives: We’re always evolving. We might change descriptions, prices, or even discontinue a product if we’re feeling a new creative spark. We reserve the right to limit quantities, but we’ll always try to be fair.

3. PLACING AN ORDER (THE HANDSHAKE)

When you click "buy," you’re making us an offer!

  • Acceptance: An order is officially "a go" once we process your payment and send a confirmation.

  • Cancellations: Please double-check your cart! Because we move fast to get your art to you, we might not be able to change or cancel an order once it’s in the works.

  • Oops Moments: If we can’t accept an order for some reason, we’ll reach out via the email or phone number you provided to let you know.

4. PRICES, BILLING, & PROMOTIONS

We keep things transparent here:

  • The Price Tag: The price you see at checkout is the price in effect. It doesn’t usually include taxes or shipping (those are added at the end).

  • Special Deals: Sometimes we run fun promotions or SMS-exclusive deals. These might have their own mini-rules, but if they ever clash with these Terms, the promotion rules take the lead.

  • Honesty is Best: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment info. You represent that you’re authorized to use that credit card or payment method.

5. SHIPPING: THE JOURNEY TO YOU

We want your art to arrive safely and quickly!

  • Estimates: Delivery times are our best guesses, not pinky-promises.

  • The Handover: Once we hand your package to the carrier (like the post or a courier), the "title and risk of loss" passes to you. We aren't liable for carrier delays, but if something goes wrong, we’ll do our best to help you track it down!

6. CREATIVE PROPERTY (OUR BRAINCHILDREN)

Every design, logo, and bit of text on this site is the intellectual property of Redox Art (or our licensors).

  • Respect the Art: You can browse and use the site for your personal joy, but please don’t copy, reproduce, or "borrow" our designs for your own commercial use without our written permission. Let’s keep the creative world respectful!

7. TOOLS & THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Sometimes we provide links to other cool websites or offer "optional tools" (like specialized design apps).

  • The "Adventure" Clause: These are provided "as-is." We don't control them, so if you wander off to a third-party site, check out their rules. We aren't responsible for what happens in those other corners of the internet.

8. OUR RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Here is the formal bit: Redox Art is powered by Shopify. They provide the platform that lets us sell our art to you. However, your contract is with Redox Art, not Shopify. You agree that Shopify isn't responsible for the sales, products, or any hiccups that happen during our transactions.

9. PRIVACY & DATA

Your privacy is sacred. We collect info to make your experience better, and because we are hosted on Shopify, they process some of that info too. You can dive deep into how we handle your data in our Privacy Policy.

10. FEEDBACK & LOVE LETTERS

We love hearing from you! If you send us a suggestion, review, or a brilliant idea:

  • Permission to Shine: You’re giving us a "forever-license" to use, edit, and show off that feedback. We don’t have to keep it a secret or pay for it, but we’ll always use it to make Redox Art better!

  • Be Kind: Don’t send us anything mean, illegal, or virus-laden. We’re all about positive vibes.

11. OOPS & ERRORS

We’re only human. Occasionally, there might be a typo in a price or a product description. We reserve the right to fix those errors and update orders if something was listed incorrectly.

12. PROHIBITED USES (THE "DON'T BE A JERK" RULE)

Please use our site for good. Don't use it for:

  • Anything illegal or malicious.

  • Infringing on anyone’s rights.

  • Harassing our team or other users.

  • Spreading viruses or "scraping" our data. We reserve the right to show anyone the door (terminate access) if these rules are broken.

13. THE "FINE PRINT" (WARRANTIES & LIABILITY)

  • As-Is: We provide our services "as-is." While we strive for perfection, we can't guarantee that the site will always be 100% error-free or uninterrupted.

  • Limits: To the fullest extent of the law, Redox Art (and our partners/Shopify) won't be liable for any indirect or "accidental" damages that happen while using our site. It’s like a "check engine" light—stuff happens, but we’ll always work with you to make it right if it's our fault.

  • Indemnification: If you do something that gets us into legal trouble (like breaking these terms or the law), you agree to help us handle the fallout and legal fees.

14. GOVERNING LAW (INDIA, BABY)

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. If there’s a disagreement we can’t settle with a friendly chat, it’ll be handled in the courts where Redox Art is headquartered.

15. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We love evolution! We might tweak these rules from time to time. We’ll post the updates here, and by continuing to use the site, you’re saying "I’m down with the new rules."
